Earth fire
A ground-like theme about fire. This is such a niche combination that the only examples I have are those that are designed specifically to suit it:-
Magma Cavern (TPCi).
Version 1: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YaMre9vbkvw
Version 2: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9GLLTKTud8M
Marble Garden Zone Act 2 (Sonic Team).

Earth dark
This combination is extremely badass, hence there are quite a few examples of bands which have stumbled across it and couldn't resist giving it a go. The category becomes pretty obvious just from listening these songs.
The Hole (Glen Philips).

Darkness (The Human League).
YouTube Link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DwdypCo-h1g
Knocking on Forbidden Doors (Enigma).

Creeping Upon (Frank Klepacki).

Earth fighting
If you guessed some Command and Conquer stuff would be here, you would be right. But it's not really as many as you would think, plus there's also different example first:-
Ritmo Especial (Daniel Maloso).
YouTube Link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wIWoqpFYejM
Chaos 2 (Frank Klepacki).
YouTube Link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3amkRZ4DLJI
Mechanical Man 1 (Frank Klepacki).
YouTube Link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iGuuOdD6iY4
Earth (pure)
This was already described in the introduction, but there are more examples included here. Plenty of Command and Conquer ones too.
The Thin Wall (Ultravox).

Being Boiled (The Human League).
1978 version: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I_NStTkSRQw

Twin Cannon Remix (a.k.a. TwinMix1) (Frank Klepacki).
YouTube Link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wkREUDqb5C0
Earth electric
Since earth absorbs electricity, you would think this combination would be hard to pull off. However, it is such a good combination when done successfully that there are plenty of awesome examples. A side effect is that every song made with this combination is awesome.
Dig for Victory (Public Service Broadcasting).
YouTube Link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Whn8585iNxY
Maximum Acceleration (Ultravox).
YouTube Link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X2cf833c-ec

Too Much of Heaven (Eiffel 65).
YouTube Link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DZ8PfXOV1fU
Perpetual (VNV Nation).
YouTube Link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tG18ARsi2Mk
Thunderwave Cave (TPCi).
Version 1: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Wh8En35ogWo
Version 2: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YP0K406LcPs
Earth ceramic
This combination is surprisingly extremely difficult to create, since the primary earth quality is quite gritty and modern while the secondary ceramic quality is more ceremonial or intellectual. There's only one song I have found which fits here:-
The Riddle (Gigi D'Agostino).
YouTube Link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cvvd-9azD1M
The Riddle (Nik Kershaw).
YouTube Link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bDygS0a6Tgo
Earth oil
This combination is quite easy to create because it fits together quite well. The result is usually a super cool-sounding track. Examples:-
Dub Be Good to Me (Beats International).
YouTube Link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4wYqu_YlPIM
All She Wants Is (Duran Duran).
YouTube Link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e-dxAxfkmvk
Traveller (Talvin Singh).
YouTube Link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_ePlKJfWtaM
Right Here, Right Now (Fatboy Slim).
YouTube Link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F7jSp2xmmEE
YouTube Link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cxfVsPEc_YE
Sneak Attack (Frank Klepacki).
YouTube Link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LwpyGYPqgi0
Fortification (Frank Klepacki).
YouTube Link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_wJ4fmisUBI
Earth bug
These have the primary ground-quality like the others, but are usually parodies or trolling songs, like this:-
Smells Like Nirvana ('Weird Al' Yankovic).
YouTube Link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FklUAoZ6KxY
The Bad Touch (The Bloodhound Gang).
YouTube Link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v8tyehOb5dE
Earth grass
This combination works extremely well together, but it hasn't been explored much. Probably the best example to define this combination is this song:-
True Faith (New Order).
YouTube Link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mfI1S0PKJR8
Earth poly
These are variations sticking to the primary earth type. Examples I have are these:-
Dead Loss Angeles (The Stranglers).
YouTube Link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YbXdK9c2cAQ
Bla Bla Bla (Gigi D'Agostino).
YouTube Link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Hrph2EW9VjY
Earth rock
You would think this is a very common type, but it's not really. Rock earth is the common type instead, since those would be primarily rock music tracks. This combination is instead primarily earth music with a rock-like theme or quality, like these:-
All That She Wants (Ace of Base).
YouTube Link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d73tiBBzvFM
Caught in a Dream (All Insane Kids).
YouTube Link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Le892-r3E60
Earth glass
A surprisingly awesome combination. Secondary glass is described as 'bitty' but it is not necessarily like 8-bit, as the examples here demonstrate. Indeed, secondary glass type can be used to add a special quality instead. This quality is often cheaply created with an 8-bit style, but when it is not, it becomes more obvious what the secondary glass type truly sounds like when unleashed.
Accolade (Chris Malinchak).
YouTube Link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mkhv9gbVzTU
Early Lady (Yogi).
YouTube Link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UDx7rc2IbbM
Temple of Horus (from 'Hexen II').
YouTube Link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8-oyjFftGQo
Earth ice
One of the top super-effective combinations ever. Can be described as still having the primary earth-type but being chilled. Really funny how these examples have similar names too:-
Lacking Risk (Rainbow Arabia).
YouTube Link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j5NXGzkYkvo
Packing Iron (Frank Klepacki).
YouTube Link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SAnFt2HSZFc
Earth steel
Taking the primary earth type and making it be about metal in some way. Obvious examples:-
Metal (Gary Numan).
YouTube Link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wtbqFNxIHyI
Death Egg Zone Act 1 (Sonic Team).
YouTube Link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xsS-UDyNKf0
Death Egg Zone Act 2 (Sonic Team).
YouTube Link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X8mM_IP4ByM
Earth air
Another evasive combination, since they seem like contradictory types. However, the results of successfully combining these types (this way round) is amazing, so it has been attempted many times, as you can see:-
Stylo (Gorillaz).
YouTube Link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kj7PGkYX1xk
The Raven (The Stranglers).
YouTube Link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1EXMXuJ3ivg
Here To Stay (New Order).
YouTube Link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z15DIchJw7Y
Thunderbirds End Credits.
YouTube Link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZBviracgPRo
Flying Battery Zone Act 1 (Sonic Team).
YouTube Link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_T7hdIh-gtw
Flying Battery Zone Act 2 (Sonic Team).
YouTube Link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bd8G40yhxNQ
Since the primary earth type dominates this, yet the theme has a space quality, every song here is great.
Sexy Boy (Air).
Video version: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lC6vZOgYduk
Audio version: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=A_ulZiob5I0
YouTube Link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D7jVqok1bqw
Here To Stay (Felix Da Housecat Remix) (New Order).
YouTube Link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g-Bm20ulVwY
Earth water
This can be a very melancholy combination, despite having that cool grounding beat still.
Hole in Ocean (DyE).
YouTube Link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9zAB22wZjlE
Dancing with Tears in My Eyes (Ultravox).
YouTube Link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VJ_OetMwdPs
Slave (Gary Numan).
YouTube Link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tcvAJ8FYmy0
Earth dragon
This combination proved very evasive indeed, since the primary earth theme heavily takes from the dragon's epic quality, for some reason. The only example I have with this combination might surprise you:-
Rawhide (The Blues Brothers).
YouTube Link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qCRae5mRoRE
Earth ghost
This combination proved so cool for school that it was one of the ones that really solidified my whole idea about track types.
Who's Gonna Save my Soul? (Gnarls Barkley).
YouTube Link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oOz0rxmeWD4
Sandopolis Zone Act 1 (Sonic Team).
YouTube Link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wvskEyw-hzA
Sandopolis Zone Act 2 (Sonic Team).
YouTube Link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uQTb46RLW0g
Earth poison
These are ground songs with a toxic message. Rap could not be here because it was lumped into the 'poison' primary type instead, so an earth poison combination don't really have rap songs. Instead, it consists of these:-
Another Brick in the Wall (Pink Floyd).
Video version: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YR5ApYxkU-U
Audio Part 1: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-cfJqYtmmqA
Audio Part 2: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zz8frWcmthA
Mongoloid (Devo).
YouTube link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CPd8TMu2LbY
Earth normal
Although normal is a common type, it doesn't seem to combine often with earth type. This is because most earth type songs are about unusual subjects (and therefore deviate from the norm). There are some examples though:-
I Can't Help Falling In Love With You (UB40).
YouTube Link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vUdloUqZa7w
Supreme (Robbie Williams).
YouTube Link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ULTtWUZhD9c
Earth fairy
This combination is surprisingly rare. The secondary fairy type is meant to be mystical, so combining it with the primary earth type can again prove difficult. Examples of where this worked well are:-
Agape (Dead Can Dance).
YouTube Link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=msH0pDRKorc
Krafty (New Order).
Video version: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UPQXqUrAnSIAudio version: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XEf1hR6NBJ4
I Feel You (Schiller).
Video version: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dQlxjSm0qU0
Audio version: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ukeRe0cyyv8
Earth psychic
Having that regular grounding beat with a psychic side at the same time (either being about mental states or being mildly trancey or trippy). Songs which manage to successfully embody this type seem to end up being top notch automatically, just because of having this combination.
Crazy (Gnarls Barkley).
YouTube Link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bd2B6SjMh_w
4.5 Billion Years (Windpearl).
YouTube Link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uKfiiuhyrTg
Steamworks (The Presets).
YouTube Link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=faVWQlA-KP0
Earth light
The happy version of the primary earth type. This is quite an easy combination and still makes great songs (including the Rick Roll), so there are plenty of examples.
Rubicon (Alan Braxe and Fred Falke).

Audio version: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6AggNWzSwF4
Girls Just Wanna Have Fun (Cyndi Lauper).
